Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders typically take 2 - 3 days to be prepared for delivery. Once they are packed and ready for collection, a courier driver will collect and scan the shipping label. An automated email confirming the collection will be sent out to the email address entered during checkout. 

Standard delivery time within NZ is 1 -2  business days but this may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions, Courier service delays or when delivering to a rural address. If there is an issue with a delivery, please contact us at customerservice@xmtcreations.com.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from out workshop in Manukau: 6B Jack Conway Ave. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday (We are not open on public holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping all around the world. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders typically takes 2 - 3 days to be prepared for delivery.  The typical delivery timeframe is 7 - 10 business days following collection of the parcel for economy and 3 - 6 business days for Express. This may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions, courier service delays or when delivering to a rural address. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. XMT Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are
your responsibility as the customer.

 

Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@xmtcreations.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes as our courier service does not offer this.
